Twitter Business Expansion

Twitter which offers social networking and micro-blogging services, looks like to expand its staff to more international quarters in the coming year. According to a source, Twitter has plans to have staff in Europe by next year – 2011. They are currently researching on locations and eligible candidates.

During the September visit to UK Twitter remarked that the company is looking to be less US centric in its monetization efforts. Though the company did not briefed in details yet but TNW Europe assumes that the new jobs would be much more focused on sales and business development.

Twitter earlier this year revealed that more than 60% of its users are not from US. Twitter is now available in different languages including French, Spanish, German and Italian. We should now wait and watch what more Twitter has to offer in future.
